Formula
Floor hours = (total area / m² per hour) x construction multiplier
Window hours = windows x 15 mins each x multiplier
Total cost = (hours x hourly rate) + (area x supplies cost per m²)
Construction type multipliers
- New build: 1.0x (standard dust and debris)
- Renovation: 1.3x (paint, adhesive, more dust)
- Major renovation: 1.6x (heavy contamination)
